                 'Addset'  puts the character 'c' in the array 'set' at posi-
                 tion 'j' and  increments  'j',  provided  that  'j'  is  not
                 greater  than  'maxsiz'.   The function return is YES if 'c'
                 was inserted, NO otherwise.
