I hate really long winded READMEs so lets get to the point.

This is version 0.0.8 PRE ALPHA! If it works great! if not, and you can fix it,
please do and send the relevant fix back to us.

Developed on RedHat 5.0. It also works on RedHat 5.1 (it ought to its on the
CD :) )

The snmp lib bundled in should work on 64 bit machines, I'd really like some
feedback on this.
This uses GTK 1.0.1... anything less then this _will not work_.. You have
been warned.
To see what has/hasn't been done check the ChangeLog file.

Building
--------
./configure
make

This is NO WHERE near complete. What works, great! What don't is broke/not
done. See the file ChangeLog for stuff that has been done. See the TODO file
if you have the urge to code something for this. See the file COPYING for
the legal mumbo-jumbo.

Questions, comments, bug reports (and fixes *hint* *hint*), pixmaps,
spare money etc..

Current versions will can be retrived from:

http://gxsnmp.scram.de/gxsnmp.tar.gz

That is a link that _should_ always point at the newest version.

Have a look at the BUGS and Agents file to see what this does work with and
what problems have been reported.
