Notes: Has memorised the terrorists handbook and JRCB 3.

Alias: Blaster
Expertise: Phreaking and crank calls (he does all of that stuff).
Team member: Firestarters cousin, founder member of SWAT.
Notes: The best person for cranks on the planet.

Alias: Mental
Expertise: Trainee pyrotechnition.
Team member: Offical team member.
Notes: Needs working on.

Alias: Shadow
Expertise: Nitrocellulose (Shotgun shell powder).
Team member: Offical team member.
Notes: Makes a neat pipe bomb.

Alias: Crisp
Expertise: Trainee Pyrotechnition.
Team member: Offical team member.
Notes: Learns fast.

Alias: Gizmo Gremlin
Expertise: Getting away with stuff.
Team mamber: Helps to write S*W*A*T Magazine
Notes: Does his best to set fire to the school.
